A used vehicle warranty is a written guarantee covering a list of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts against sudden failure. It’s designed to pay for some or all of the costs involved with repairing or replacing those parts within a certain time frame.

Modern vehicles contain thousands of complex moving components. When something goes wrong, it can result in escalating repair bills. A Vehicle  warranty could save you thousands of pounds in repair costs.

Your Evolution Warranty covers you for a huge range of parts and the labour times involved to repair or replace them.

Our Ultimate and Advanced Warranties cover over 6,000 mechanical, electrical and electronic components including many that are normally excluded by other warranty companies. Our Essential cover has  a range of listed items and is designed with the older or higher mileage vehicle in mind.

You can make unlimited claims with each one up to your chosen claim limit, up to the value of your vehicle at the time of claim. All claims include the cost of parts, labour and VAT.

Before you have any work carried out, you must contact our Claims Department on 0333 3355616 or if you prefer you can email us at [email protected]. We’ll need to provide an authorisation code to the garage for the repairs to be done.

Note: We won’t be able to pay for any repairs that are carried out without our authorisation.

All of our warranties come with standard breakdown with our Ultimate Policy coming with an enhanced level of protection including Home Start, Roadside Assistance and Onward Travel.

No, the garage does not have to be VAT Registered, however they must be able to give some form of guarantee on work carried out.

If your vehicle does not come with a valid service then you must have a service completed within the first 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will invalidate your warranty. If your vehicle comes with valid servicing at point of sale, you need to ensure you keep it maintained within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
